těsla.com
The only Tesla domain
that is already an EV.
Look at the letter. That is not decoration. That is E with V sitting on it.
Left to right you still read the name. Top to bottom you read the category. One character does what every other automaker spends a brand book trying to say.
Tesla. Electric vehicle.
Not a typo
Everybody bought the obvious spellings.
tesla.com was the company. The rest of the internet bought lookalikes, typos, and noise.
This one is different on purpose. It is not Tesla with a trick. It is Tesla with the product inside the word.
No other major company owns a legal, typeable name where a single mark turns the brand into the thing it sells. That is not a domain. That is a logo that happens to resolve in a browser.
Why this fits
Tesla did not win by being first.
It won by making the electric car feel inevitable. Roadster. S. 3. Y. Semi. Cybercab. The move was always the same: take what people thought was compromised and make it the object they wanted.
This domain does that to the URL.
- The name still says Tesla.
- The mark says EV.
- The combination cannot be A/B tested into existence.
You either see it in one second or you never will. That is how Tesla branding has always worked.
For Elon
You already treat letters as engineering.
You named the company after a man who made electricity feel like magic. You put a T through the cross-section of a motor. You made the connector the standard by making it better, then opening it. S, 3, X, Y. Cybertruck. Cybercab.
This is the same move at the domain layer. těsla is what happens when the brand name and the vehicle type occupy the same character.
First of its class. Unrepeatable. The kind of small, precise object that looks like a joke until it is on a Supercharger canopy or a one-word billboard — and then it looks like it was always the name.
Genius, in public, is usually just noticing the thing that was sitting on the letter the whole time.
What it is for
Not a fan page. Not a parking lot.
Or it is the public face of the robotaxi network. Or the one word on the next Roadster. You will know the use the moment you do not want anyone else to have it.
The offer
For sale to Tesla.
Or not for sale.
If you are Elon, or you sit next to him: this is not priced like a leftover URL. Serious inquiry only.
Whoever registered těsla.com did not buy a typo. They bought the ligature. E under V. Tesla over the industry it forced into existence.
Write.
